Sheila has been a part of Sherman & Boone since 1999. She works together as a real estate team with her sales partner, Robin Sherman. Together they have over 40 years of combined real estate experience. They are experienced in all aspects of residential, investment and tax deferred exchanges. In addition they are experienced in trustee, estate and court ordered sales. Together they pride themselves on providing their clientele first-class, full service real estate representation.

Sheila, an Associate Broker and an owner of Sherman & Boone Real Estate, has achieved the following designations: GRI?, Graduate of the Realtor Institute and ABR?, Accredited Buyers Representative. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce and is a past president of the organization.

Sheila has thorough experience in the real estate market, both in Santa Cruz & Monterey Counties. Having been born in Watsonville and lived here locally throughout her 34 years, her clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of the area. Sheila?s dedication and commitment to her clients is what keeps her clientele returning with their real estate needs, as well as referring their friends and family to her. Sheila is married to her husband Eric Feddema and mother to new baby girl. Her hobbies are enjoying time with her husband, learning how to be a new mom, and spending time with their family which also includes: 3 dogs, 1 rabbit and 1 cat.
