Our experience includes new homes on undeveloped lots, lot splits, additions to existing homes, commercial buildings, landslide analysis and repair, retaining wall design, and underpinning of existing structures. We also specialize in manufactured homes. While this type of construction is rising in popularity, our Principal Engineer has been working with manufactured homes for the past 11 years. She is familiar with the local and state codes governing manufactured homes, state approved foundation systems and the construction issues that are specific to these factory built homes. Preliminary Planning - Our firm offers Site Assessments to aid in preliminary planning prior to purchasing and/or developing land. Our engineer can perform a site reconnaissance and discuss the potential soil issues that may impact development.
Drainage Assessment - Our engineer provides on-site drainage assessments for properties with drainage issues including water intrusion under home, erosion and general site drainage. |
