| Patrick James began as primarily a private label store in a period dominated by manufacturer brands. Mon Pere used his own fashion savvy as well as meticulous attention to quality and detail, which quickly established Patrick James as a "purveyor to gentlemen." A business was then built by the heartfelt service and friendship that was bestowed upon each customer that walked through its doors. The real secret of Patrick James lies in its goals of providing our customers with quality clothing, and in our ability to guide them in establishing a wardrobe uncompromised in its quality and distinctive in both fabric and design.

| Forty plus years later, Mon Pere still at the helm, Patrick James, Inc. is a growing firm of sixteen upscale men's clothing and lifestyle stores spread throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Montana. Patrick is now joined by his three sons Patrick Jr., Michael and Clay, adding to the compliment of the Patrick James Family. While the flavor and fashion of the merchandise may have changed in part, the hallmarks of quality and exemplary service are as present today as they were that first day in 1962.
Patrick James still has its share of private label clothing and opulent merchandise, but has now expanded its offerings to include lifestyle brands and luxurious men's sportswear collections. The buyers and merchandisers for Patrick James have a mission to obtain the unique and precious from around the world, without ever sacrificing quality and workmanship. The tradition is kept alive with offerings from England, Scotland, U.S.A., and Ireland, while the contemporary is blended in from Italy, France, Germany, and Japan. | The Patrick James family has grown to over 100 employees, many of whom have been with the company well over 25 years. They have a unique knowledge and passion for the business, which is passed onto their customers and friends. The Patrick James staff is very active in their community and local charities, all of which is reflected in the company's mission statement.
