CEBOA® ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE OF CEBOA® 4.0

Aptos, Calif. - May 21, 2008 - Ceboa® today announced the release of Ceboa® 4.0

"Ceboa® gives independent business professionals control of their business with web-based private and secure access to critical business information," said Ron Franke, CEO. "Ceboa®'s business management resources are tailored for the unique business needs of independent professionals." Ceboa® provides easy to use web-based resources for the management of client accounts, leads, invoices and billable expenses, accounts payable expenses, business files, contacts, schedules, and operational information. Ceboa® provides tools to easily create business marketing and sales material such as web-page content for the business web site and collateral for e-mail and web distribution. Ceboa® provides the freedom and flexibility to be truly mobile and still have access to the client, business, and operational information that you need when and where it's needed.

Ceboa® 4.0 has a revised and significantly enhanced user experience. Numerous additions and user interface refinements went into the product to make it quicker to use, more intuitive, and reduce the number of clicks required to complete some action. Additional Web 2.0 features, such as Ceboa® Gizmo's enable users to rapidly get business information, as well as enter new information, such as client account next steps, expenses for client invoices, accounts payable expenses, contacts, and scheduled events.

Improvements were made in the Account Management facilities, especially in the area of invoice and expense management. A new Invoice Summary report presents a the status of open and billed (but not paid) invoices listing the individual and total dollar value, as well as the billed invoices that are 30, 60, and more than 90 days past due.

The management of contacts has improved with a revised user interface that simplifies the organization of contacts and displays contact information via tabbed views. Creating and modifying contact information has been simplified.

Ceboa® has a growing number of users, including attorneys, real estate agents, designers, and contractors.
